Prince Daka

Prince Tito Daka, known in America as Doctor Daka, is a member of the Imperial Japanese Royal Family who was sent to the United States, at the outbreak of World War II, as an agent of the Japanese Empire to engage in a campaign of espionage and sabotage. Being a scientist, he built a machine known as the Electrical Brain to turn those who oppose him into pseudo-zombies. He was the first villain to ever face Batman and Robin in live-action, being specifically created for the Batman movie serial.

Prince Daka was created by Victor McLeod, Leslie Swabacker, and Harry L. Fraser, first appearing in the Batman chapter titled The Electrical Brain. (1943)
