Professor Ojo was a member of the League of Assassins.
History
Ojo was born without eyes as a result of his parents' exposure to atomic testing; he used a helmet of his own design to see.[1] He was a self-financed terrorist of no political persuasion. He simply detested atomic energy and judged it his mission to remove it from the Earth, even if it meant staging nuclear disasters to warn mankind of what was to come.
He faced off with Richard Dragon and later with Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and Green Arrow (Oliver Queen).

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
