History
Professor Ralston was a scientist who got cut upon accidentally smashing a serum vial. The serum got into the wound causing him to go into a snake-like transformation. He committed several crimes in Fairfax looking for a cure. With the help of Vicky Grant's Sea-Mist persona, he discovered the key element was salt.
