Queen Clea

Queen Clea is the warmongering monarch of Venturia, a nation located on either a subterranean or underwater continent. Her campaigns against rival nation Aurania become felt on the Earth's surface and made her an enemy of Wonder Woman. As such, she became a member of Villainy, Inc.

Queen Clea was created by William Moulton Marston and Harry G. Peter, first appearing in Wonder Woman #8 (1944).
