Queen Helen is a descendant of the famous Helen of Troy who is looking to start a war of her own as revenge for the destruction of Troy and enslavement of those Trojans not slaughtered at the close of the long ago war.

History

Steve Trevor acts enamored with Queen Helen, and even claims to love her, while trying to find a way to rescue a number of United States Army men Helen has captured in her dungeon. In the meantime Wonder Woman sneaks around the back of Helen's fortress and breaks down a wall freeing Helen's captives. Helen forces Steve to agree to marry her while he is under the impression her captives' lives depend on him being agreeable, but he quickly makes it clear he's not going to go through with it once he is assured the men have escaped. Helen's forces are then soundly defeated by the Amazon princess.
