Quellzorn, the Brimstone, was an ancient superweapon.
History
Quellzorn was an ancient creature created at the dawn of magic from living rock by Lemurian shamans. It was eventually destroyed and scattered around the world but was rebuilt by Sebastian Faust.[1]
Powers and Abilities

- Pyrokinesis: Brimstone can generate and project balls of fire from his eyes and hands.
- Fatal Touch: His very touch can incinerate all forms of matter upon contact.
- Energy Construct Creation: Brimstone generates a sword that is made of the same concentrated plasma as the rest of his body.

Notes
- Brimstone was created by John Ostrander and John Byrne, first appearing in Legends #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Brimstone first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Suicide Squad: Black Files #5 by Mike W. Barr and Philippe Briones.
Trivia
- Due to Joseph Chamberlain becoming Brimstone in the New Age of Heroes, this character was renamed to Quellzorn to distinguish the differences between them.
