Judge Quentin Gallows was a nightmare and an unbalanced judge from the Dreaming, who briefly takes control of the realm after Dream of the Endless resigns.

- Judge Gallows was created by Dave Wood, Curt Swan, and Malcolm Jones III, first appearing in The Unexpected #113. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Judge Gallows first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The Dreaming (Volume 2) #2 by Simon Spurrier.
