In a distant future, Superboy is the apprentice of his world's champion.

History

Quetzal hails from Xoloc, a remote settlement on the planet Aztlan. He was chosen to apprentice under his world's Superman in order to assume his place. However, on this world, the title of Superman is given to each generation's version of Aztek, Champion of the God Quetzalcoatl.
