The Quintet was a group of five brothers and sisters inducted into the Sinestro Corps.
History
They were responsible for killing the families of dozens of rookie Lanterns and raining their body parts down upon Oa to instill fear. Eventually, they were captured by Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, Kilowog and Saarek who imprisoned them in Sciencells. One of their number, Ena, committed suicide rather than be captured, leaving only four of them left.[1] The rest of them were presumably executed along with all of the other imprisoned Sinestros during Emerald Eclipse by the Alpha Lantern Corps upon orders from the Guardians.[2]
