Dr. Qwan was an ally of the Black Circle and an enemy of to Green Lantern Corps.

History

Qwan worked for the Circle to create a device capable of obliterating Oa, destroying the Guardians and cutting off the power source of all Green Lanterns across the Universe. After building the device, he was captured by an enemy organization, the Crimsom Star.

He was rescued by Mr. Vasquez and delivered directly to Black Cirle's leader to update and calibrate the device to fire at the main target.
