R'amey Holl is a member of the Green Lantern Corps.
History
The DC Universe heavily changed its continuity following the events of Flashpoint in 2011. While most characters saw massive changes to their origins and history, the Green Lantern mythos was widely exempted from these changes. Green Lantern-related characters should be assumed to have the same history as before Flashpoint unless and until stories contradict them.
R'amey was one of many Green Lanterns who were captured and replaced by Durlans. The Durlans impersonated them and used their rings until she and the others were eventually rescued.[1]

- R'amey Holl was created by Keith Champagne and Patrick Gleason, first appearing in Green Lantern Corps (Volume 2) #7. However, R'amey Holl first appeared as part of Prime Earth continuity in Green Lantern Corps (Volume 3) #29 by Van Jensen and Bernard Chang.
