Rachel Talalay (b. August 16, 1958) is a British-American director who has directed episodes of various DC shows, including The Flash, Supergirl, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

Rachel Talalay is a British-American film and television director known in the film industry for directing Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare and Tank Girl, and in television for directing several episodes of Doctor Who, including three of the show's most celebrated episodes, "Heaven Sent", and the two-part story "World Enough and Time" / "The Doctor Falls".

Talalay worked on numerous shows based on DC Comics stories, directing several episodes of The Flash, as well as some episodes of Supergirl, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Doom Patrol, and Superman & Lois.
