Rachel Zallman is the reincarnation of Solomon, one of the seven beings that empower Captain Marvel. She imbues Freddy Freeman with the power of wisdom after the Wizard Shazam's demise and Billy Batson became Marvel.
History
As part of his trials to inherit the godly attributes that once made up Captain Marvel, Freddy is guided to Rachel, who bequeaths to him the power of wisdom through a mystical tattooing process. This process was excruciatingly painful and had the potential to kill Freddy.[1]

Powers
- Widsom of Solomon: Rachel inherited the wisdom of Solomon, being a reincarnation of him. This wisdom grants her increased intelligence and perception of the world around her as well as a higher understanding of mystical matters.[1]
- Mystic Awareness: Rachel was aware of Freddy's life as Captian Marvel Jr. despite having not met him in the past.[1]
- Power Distribution: Rachel could grant others a level of her wisdom to others.[1]

- Artistry: Rachel doubles as a tattoo artist normally.[1]
