- Rainbow Creature was created by Bill Finger and Sheldon Moldoff, first appearing in Batman #134. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Rainbow Creature first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in DC Rebirth Holiday Special #1 by Tim Seeley and Ian Churchill.
