The alien princess Ramia was the lover of Green Lantern's friend Doiby Dickles.

Ramia was a Princess of the planet Myrg who had been promised in marriage against her will to the evil Prince Peril. She fled to Earth, where she was befriended by a cab driver named Doiby Dickles, a friend of the heroic Green Lantern. When Peril attempted to kidnap Ramia, the Green Lantern and his successor Hal Jordan aided Doiby and the Princess but were overpowered, and both Ramia and Doiby were taken to Myrg, where Doiby was forced to become Peril's court jester. The Green Lanterns followed and defeated Peril and his forces, imprisoning the Prince and allowing Ramia to marry Doiby, who became her consort and the ruler of Myrg (the planet became a virtual homage to early 20th Century Brooklyn under Doiby's rule).

Powers

  • Telepathy: Ramia can read minds and transmit her thoughts.[1]
