Randall Burroughs is brother of Drake Burroughs, the Legionnaire known as E.R.G.-1.

History

When E.R.G.-1 was believed to be killed after his Legion tryout mission, Randall gathered up E.R.G.-1's energies, but claimed that his condition had already gotten worse and that he had to be contained in a tank to not lose cohesion, and that he could only be outside it for one hour (with a containment suit). Randall manipulated E.R.G.-1 through this to become an assassin-for-hire. It was eventually discovered by Brainiac 5 that E.R.G.-1 never needed to be contained within the tank and that Randall had manipulated him all the time. Randall was sent to the Takron-Galtos prison world.
