Randy Rogel is an American writer, actor and singer. He have worked for many Warner Bros. projects; most of them animation shows. He was one of the main writers in the 1992 Batman: The Animated Series. He wrote the Emmy Award Winning Episode Robin's Reckoning. He later worked for the TV show Animaniacs. He wrote and produced the feature film Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero. He also worked on The Zeta Project.
