Ray Buktenica (b. August 6, 1943) is an American actor who voiced Doctor Hugo Strange for the animated series Batman. He also portrayed Leo Nunk on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Robert Butler in the TV movie Return to the Batcave: The Misadventures of Adam and Burt.
