Razorjane was an "agent" of the Salesman.
History
Once a normal girl in a small town, Razorjane took up the Salesman's offer for incredible power, but lost control and accidentally destroyed heer own town. She encountered Joseph and Annie Chamberlain, and attacked them out of pain and rage. After being stopped by a fiery explosion, she begged the pair to kill her and end her misery. The pair turned her down, but the mysterious Jack Smith shot her regardless.[1] Razorjane evidently survived or returned, however, as she resurfaced in Monstertown, Gotham seeking a place to stay in Killer Croc's hotel.[2]
