Becky Mulcahey was a corrupt officer in the Gotham City Police Department.

History

Rebecca was partners with Officer Steve Long. She was dating Jim Corrigan and was a part of an illegal circuit within GCPD that skimmed money from illegal trades and narcotics brought into the department.

She was a gun specialist, specifically in handguns, and played a role in the deception to free Jim Corrigan from being indicted for the murder of Crispus Allen. Later after Corrigan's release of suspicion, She went to stay the night with him only to be interrupted when a vengeful Renee Montoya burst in as Rebecca tried to protect Corrigan only to be beaten to a pulp by Montoya.
