Red Barber is an evil android created by Professor Ivo to act as an enemy of the Teen Titans, in a TV Show pitch as proposed by Starfire.

History

Professor Ivo created the team of androids to oppose the Titans, and, after Azartemis faked her death, Red Suspenders successfully killed Lagoon Beast Boy.

When the Teen Titans TV show was finally produced, they went in a different direction.
