Red Dragon is a highly skilled, pistol-wielding member of the Retaliators.

History

Lord Havok's schemes would lead to a nuclear war that ravaged the planet, and the Retaliators attempted to get revenge. Red Dragon, Wundajin and American Crusader all attacked Havok at once. However, Havok proved to be too powerful for all three of them combined and killed Red Dragon.
