Synopsis for "Generation Outlaw, Part One"
After Lex Luthor invites Jason Todd to work in his school, Jason finds himself faced with a class of four super-powered teenagers - Babe in Arms seemingly a telepathic genius who is carried by her zombie-like Mother, Cloud 9 who can become cloud-like (Cloud 9 also has an inappropriate crush on Jason), DNA who is a sentient string of DNA and can change their physical properties at will, and Devour who is bio-tech and can eat and regurgitate mechanisms.
Jason sits the whole class down within a simulation of a M.A.S.H. compound and dares them to fight him, anyone who can is encouraged to teach the class. Naturally Jason manages to avoid their shots and uses their hubris to play the students off one another. Jason thinks back to two weeks prior when Lex had handed him the access card and, when using it, Jason was pulled down into the Centre of the Earth. Landing in the lab he meets Dr. Shay Veritas who explains that the students are not inherently evil and that they both are here to help the students, not to convert them to evil.
Back in The Block the students begin to irk each other leading to DNA launching itself at Babe in Arms when Mother steps in to defend the infant. Devour launches two disks from his mouth which entrap the two and soon Jason arrives at the room to their dorm with a new task.
The students and Jason head to S.T.A.R. Labs in Connecticut where they search the halls but Cloud 9 runs off and is soon captured by a prospective new student that bears a striking resemblance to Doomsday.
