Quote1 No, I don't have the Bow. Not anymore. I did--when I bought it off the Black Mask--but it was like trying to control the sun itself. I didn't mean to--you have to believe me--but I am afraid I let the genie out of the bottle. And nothing can put her back. Quote2

Synopsis for "Who Is Artemis? - Part Two: Sins Past"

After being split up the Outlaws are all vulnerable. Artemis reflects on her past and her old friend, Akila. Celebrating her return to the Amazons of Bana-Mighdall causes Artemis to feel remorse and a sense of suspicion as she almost misses the other Outlaws. Artemis expresses to Akila that it feels like a dream, too perfect but Akila reassures her that she is home and reveals that she survived; with General Ahmed Heinle possessing the Bow of Ra he needed someone who could wield the weapon, he replicated Akila's cells to reactivate the Bow but in doing so it resurrected the warrior too. Artemis cries about her regrets but Akila makes an axe appear in Artemis' hand and asks her to fight for her.

Elsewhere, Bizarro attempts to protect the town of Qurac refugees, leading them through a desert but straight towards an impassable mountain. Before the refugees can explain his mistake, an attack helicopter flies over and advises them to return to their - destroyed - houses. Bizarro, without pausing, flies up and destroys the helicopter and realising that if they can not go around the mountain then the mountain itself must move.

Red Hood however remained imprisoned by the government troops and begins to hallucinate himself on the day he died. As the imagined Joker dances around the room Jason pulls out his gun and shoots his killer away. Yet no matter how many times he saves himself, it never goes away. Later, as the shadow of another imagined joker fills the doorway Jason decides not to intervene, instead walking away from his memories and towards a future with his friends and allies.

He awakens tied to a chair with what feels like a concussion and General Heinle pointing a gun at him, though Todd quickly manages to escape, disable the guards and have Heinle under his control. He reveals to Todd that Akila has full power of the Bow to which Todd realises that the last one must be dead.

Across the desert Akila walks into her tent and summons the Bow to her hands.
