The Red Morgue were enemies of the JSA.
History
The international organization's past can be traced back to 1951, under the name Eliminations Inc., when one of its agents tricked the JSAers into entering an advanced satellite in order to kill them. The agent was arrested, and when the JSA was being tried by the Un-American Activities Committee, that agent was present and the JSAers were interrogated as to how that man was involved with them. The HUAC was skeptical about another nation having more advanced technology than the USA. Under the name Red Morgue, the organization will be a fascist group of genetically engineered soldiers in the year 2666 AD . These futuristic assassins were recruited by Per Degaton in one of his various plans. In an alternative timeline the Red Morgue time-traveled to the Identity Crisis time and killed Stargirl's entire family.
