John Smith is the second Red Tornado.

History

T.O. Morrow captured Ulthoon and placed him into an android body called Red Tornado. He was sent to go undercover Justice Society of America, but Morrow's plan backfired, with Red Tornado being a true hero. In time, Red Tornado would move on, joining the Justice League and starting a family with Katherine Sutton.
