Reduso Liquid is a formula created by Dr. Mary Dean that safely shrinks living things if they are immersed in it.
History
While Dr. Dean created the formula for surgical use, her fiancé, Roy Dirke, intended to sell it to the highest bidder as a weapon. When she protested, he waited for the two of them to be alone and attempted to murder her, only for her to be splashed with her own creation and shrink down to such a small size that he could not see her, but she was also trapped in her laboratory, which was full of now-insurmountable obstacles. While Roy continued to try and kill her, Wonder Woman arrived and rescued her, giving Mary enough time to complete the formula to allow her to be returned to her normal size.
