The Highwayman, secretly Reginald Torbin, was a costumed bandit in the American Old West who was unmasked and captured by Army lieutenant Dan Foley.

History

Torbin was an English ex-patriate rancher descended from famed highwayman Dick Torbin. He emulated his ancestor and robbed stagecoachs until Lt. Foley defeated him.
