History

Renegade is an organization of "coyotes", human smugglers, that smuggles terminally ill people into Seattle and turns them into zombies. It was set up by Mama Leone and, after her death, continued by Liv Moore. As creating new zombies is a capital offense, Fillmore Graves considers them the biggest threat to Seattle's future.
