Repo was a sneak-thief and interstellar collection agent who joined Goldface's Interstelar Crime Force.
History
Repo escaped from his Sciencell on Oa and joined Goldface's gang on Earth. Initially, the Interestellar Crime Force was stationed in California, but their location was compromised when Evil Star brought Green Lantern's attention to them.[1]
When Goldface's gang moved his operations to Las Vegas, they confronted Guy Gardner, who put an end to their activities and sent them to jail.[2]

- Enhanced Senses: Repo was capable of smelling Green Lantern's Power Battery through a wall of rocks.[1]

- Thievery: Repo once snatched Guy Gardner's ring right off his hand without him noticing.[3]
