Synopsis for "Bystanders"
Mitch is walking along some railroad tracks when Superman, hit by a bolt of energy, comes soaring past. Superman tells Mitch to evacuate and flies away. Mitch looks to where Superman flies and sees the JLA is fighting some supervillain.
Mitch helps a couple of police officers out of an overturned and wrecked police car. Next he evacuates a burning hospital. During the evacuation, the roof gives and Mitch falls to his death. When he resurrects, the JLA are still fighting the super villain and destroying the city around them. Mitch screams for them to stop and the sound of his voice destroys the supervillain. The JLA begin the cleanup and Mitch leaves.
