Rex Tyler (Stargirl TV Series)

Rex Tyler was a chemist who created the miraculous hourglass and became the superhero Hourman, able to use extraordinary abilities for an hour at a time. He eventually became a member of the Justice Society of America, and after his death, his son Rick Tyler became the second Hourman.
