Lobo was a member of the Metal Men.
History
Born in Havana, Rey Quinones fled Cuba to come to America shortly before the nation was destroyed during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. He joined the army, and became a member of the Metal Men, using his childhood nickname "Lobo" as a codename. After the war, Quinones left the military and suffered in an automobile accident that left him permanently paralyzed in a wheelchair.
