Major Rhonda Ricoh, codenamed "Great White", is the leader of the Aquamarines.
History
She and her team were deployed by the United States military to assassinate Aquaman after it lead to believe that Atlantis was a rogue-state. After killing two heads of state on their attempt on his life, the Aquamarines were subdued by Aquaman and held as prisoners-of-war. [1]

- Transformation: After having gone through government-issued experiments, Ricoh now has the ability to transform into a shark-human hybrid soldier.
