Richard Courtenay was America's greatest authority on Robin Hood and the Middle Ages.

History

His obsession with Robin Hood was so strong that he developed a split personality. This new personality believed himself to be the real Robin Hood. His disorder was reinforced by Jack Jennings and his gang who passed themselves as friends of "Robin Hood". Together, they committed various crimes, until Green Arrow interfered and brought Richard back to his senses.
