History

Retiring from being a superhero, Dick returned to being a police officer, rising through the ranks of the Gotham City Police Department until he was promoted to commissioner. When The Joker was found dead in Port Orange, Florida, he enlisted Batwoman's help in the investigation. It was revealed that Selina Wayne was the murder and so Dick went to Wayne Manor and arrested her. Selina ended up escaping from jail and Dick believed Helena was harboring her. He confronted Batwoman in the Batcave, but she lashed out and attacked him.
