Richard Mehlville (New Earth)

Tubby was born in Big City some time in the 1930s. As a child, he worked with his friends Tommy Rogers and Toughy as a member of the Blue Boys. Tubby later grew up and sired children. His son, Slats, along with the children of former Blue Boys Tommy Rogers and Toughy worked together to defeat Doctor Light.^[1]
