Doctor Occult was a knowledgeable mage who Batman contacted early in the third year of Superman's Regime.

History

Batman asked Occult and his girlfriend Rose Psychic, who, for an unknown reason, were forced to share a body using the Mystic Symbol of the Seven, to find a way to disable magic Regime members Raven and Wonder Woman.

After making a series of mystical trades around the world, Occult and Psychic managed to get their hands on a weapon that could hurt Raven but, in their assault on her home dimension, Doctor Occult was killed by the demoness, his body reduced to a skeleton. Psychic was flung from the body at the last second, forcing her to eventually die without her other half.
