Ringmaster is a Central City villain and an enemy of the Flash on Earth-Prime.
History
At some point in time in the past, Ringmaster fought against the Flash but was defeated by the Scarlet Speedster.[1]
In 2020, "Iris West" mentioned that Ringmaster was only able to fight by using his rings.[1]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series The Flash and is an adaptation of Ringmaster. The original character was created by Cary Bates and Irv Novick and first appeared in The Flash #261.
- Ringmaster was only mentioned by Mirror Iris in The Exorcism of Nash Wells.
Trivia
- Curiously, on Earth-Prime, there also exists another supervillain, the alien bounty-hunter Naxim Tork, who is also nicknamed Ringmaster.[2]
