The Ringmaster was an enemy of the Wonder Twins.

History

The Ringmaster was a circus-themed villain who was especially interested in rings. He and a supervisor from the LexCon Prison and Call Center were sent by Lex Luthor to help Cell Phone Sylvia retrieve her Kryptonian cell phone from the Wonder Twins. The villains were nearly victorious when the Scrambler revealed he had already switched his mind into the LexCon supervisor's body. He transferred it again into the Ringmaster. Now outnumbered, Cell Phone Sylvia and the Ringmaster, in the supervisor's body, were temporarily sent to the Phantom Zone.
