Riot was a villain of the Teen Titans.
History
Riot, Blaster, Napalm, and Rebel all received weapons from Dayton Industries at some point.
The four were hired by Raven to pose as members of the Teen Titans when public opinion was turning against them. However, during a job, they were ambushed by Pantha who slashed Blaster and wounded him.
Raven later sent Sinn to kill the four on a train they held hostage. Rebel was thrown from the train, and Sinn tore into Napalm. Blaster and Riot held their ground, but their fate was ultimately uncertain.
A woman later said that Sinn was "laughing while he killed them," possibly implying that Blaster and Riot were also killed in the attack. Workers unloaded two body bags from the train, meaning at least one of them were killed.
