History
Living at Doom Manor
Rita Farr was a famous Hollywood actress involved in an accident that made her body physically unstable, melting and transforming into goo when Rita is under emotional stress. A scientist named Niles Caulder, who Rita would later call "Chief" out of affection, invited her to live in his house with other misfits and outcasts he'd picked up over the years, such as Cliff Steele, Larry Trainor, and Gar Logan. Rita agreed and stayed in the house for many years, growing close to the other tenants of the house, even when Gar left to go his own way.[1]
