The Robber Baron was a criminal in Gotham City, who used a special cable attached to a grappling hook to commit all sort of crimes from without being captured. He was also the leader of his own gang and he trained his henchmen to kill Batman.

History

The Baron's activities attracted unwanted attention from the local vigilante Batman, and after a few encounters with the dark knight, the Baron was captured and arrested.
