Song of Justice was an enemy of Impulse.

Robbie McDonald is a former member of a symphony who disapproves of her father's work as a defense attorney as she feels that those who are "obviously guilty" don't deserve a defense, only "justice". When she attacked a courtroom where her father's clients looked like they were going to get off in the guise of the Song of Justice one of her sonic bullets struck her father and she furiously set out into Manchester looking to attack the culprit without realizing she herself was responsible.

Abilities

Equipment

  • Sonic Harp: By playing her handheld harp, Song of Justice can manipulate sound to produce a variety of effects.
    • Sound Projection: Song of Justice can launch an assault of sonic bullets or large concussive blasts of sound. The bullets stun rather than penetrate but can still render targets unconscious.[1]
    • Sonic Portals: By strumming her harp, Song of Justice can create portals that teleport her across distances.[1]
    • Mind Control: Song of Justice's music can amplify the urges in others. Specifically, she has intentionally used this ability to compel others to dance, civilians and Impulse alike. Robbie, however, was not immune to the song's effects. During her clash with Impulse, she had unknowingly been under the influence of her own power, with her music amplifying her desire for justice into a vengeful wrath. Once Impulse momentarily cancelled out her abilities, she returned to a rational state of mind.[1]
    • Hydrokinesis: Somehow, Song of Justice was able to play a tune that caused puddles of water to form into water golems capable of physically interacting with objects. They remained operable, however, only for however long she continuously played.[2]
