Robert "Bob" Rickman was a terrible salesman and the business partner of Kyle Tippet.

History

During the 1989 meteor shower, Bob and Kyle were mutated and developed an ability to control anyone, that they made physical contact with.

Seeing the opportunity with his new ability, Bob began using it to advance in life and become successful. In 2002, Bob decided to expand his business activities to the town of Smallville. Smallville happened to be where Kyle lived. Wanting to get rid of him, Bob brainwashed several people to get them to kill Kyle but failed. Bob was finally confronted by Kyle, who used his ability to force Bob to kill himself.
