Synopsis for "Year of Blood, Part Three"

Damian reminisces to the 73rd day of his Year of Blood wherein he left to steal a crystal and entomb the cave. As he leaves his two advisers argue about Ra's al Ghul's orders which results in League assassin's killing the defiant chemist.

In the present, Damian and Maya cling onto a wild Goliath as the attempt to escape the Cliff Swift who Damian had trapped years before. To try and disorientate the swifts Damian attempts to reconfigure his bat-whistle but it is destroyed before he can leaving Maya to try and steer Goliath using her own sonics - the resulting turbulence causes Damian to drop the crystal he sought to return and for them to crash land.

Damian and Maya then use the confusion to fight out their own demons: Maya looking to revenge her father and Damian seeking further atonement. The fight concludes as one of Damian's teeth is knocked out and Goliath becomes enraged, together they retune Maya's sonics into soothing Goliath and they calm the beast.

Talia al Ghul is awoken by the hooded figure who grabbed her[1] as he rebuilds her mind and uses his powers to take the information he needs about Damian from her. During the ceremony Talia grabs a stalagmite and escapes, discovering a Lazarus Pit on her way.

Then, with Goliath calmed, Maya and Damian call a ceasefire and Damian reveals that she managed to punch out one of his baby teeth, something she finds hilarious. Soon Maya's ship arrives alongside a backlog of jobs for her father which Damian manages to convince her would not be as good for her as accompanying him, agreeing she retires her father. Something Deathstroke does not like.
