It is the General's dream come true as he has assumed command of the small army of Dhabar. Young ruler Ali Ben Khadir gave Ulysses this opportunity but quickly feels skeptical about the aggressive approach by the General and, thus, fears for the lives of his people.
Still grounded by his dad, Tim Drake watches TV in his room and cannot believe as he recognizes the face of Ulysses Armstrong in the news. Tim immediately sneaks out of the house and talks to Alfred about the situation in Dhabar and the General's involvement. Then he makes the decision to retrieve the General out of the country before the war gets out of hand. But to achieve this, Robin asks Nightwing for help. Dick agrees with Robin's plan and they "borrow" a prototype stealth aircraft from Waynetech to fly to the warzone. As they reach the location, Tim puts on a flight harness and jumps out of the airplane ...
