Rodney Rabbit is Captain Carrot, an analog of Superman who was in charge of collecting superheroes from across the Multiverse after Thunderer activated the alarm in the House of Heroes.

When mild mannered cartoonist Rodney Rabbit eats one of his cosmic carrots, he becomes Earth-26’s greatest champion: Captain Carrot!

Together with his amazing Zoo Crew, Captain Carrot fights to protect his world from absurd threats made more powerful by a universe ruled by Cartoon Physics.

Recruited by the House of Heroes during The Gentry’s assault on the Multiverse, Captain Carrot soon became an indispensable member of Justice League Incarnate.

Now, following a devastating defeat at the hands of the one true Darkseid, Captain Carrot must somehow find a way to maintain his cartoon optimism in an ever-darkening Multiverse.[1]

The Multiversity

Carrot greeted Superman of Earth 23, saying that they had met before, and led him to the central room of the House of Heroes. He embarked on a mission, alongside other multiversal heroes, to rescue Nix Uotan, the Last Monitor.

Carrot was among the many Supermen of the Multiverse who were kidnapped by the Prophecy to steal their powers, but they were freed by the Justice Incarnate.[2][3]

Powers

Abilities

Weaknesses

  • Power Loss: Without periodically ingesting a Cosmic Carrot, he will return to his ordinary identity of Rodney Rabbit; injuries sustained as Captain Carrot could prove deadly to him then. For example, while decapitation would be nothing to him in his form as Captain Carrot, if he were to revert to Rodney Rabbit he would die.[4]

Equipment

  • Cosmic Carrots

  • Captain Carrot remembers the events of the Final Crisis, or at least the analog of same event from the New 52.
