- Rodunn was created by Dan Jurgens and Steve Epting, first appearing in Aquaman (Volume 5) #63. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Rodunn first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Aquaman (Volume 7) #23.2: Ocean Master by Geoff Johns, Tony Bedard, and Geraldo Borges.
