Roger Hayden, nicknamed the Psycho-Pirate, was an inmate in Arkham Asylum.

History

Hayden appeared to be insane, but in fact he was the only one who knew the truth: their timeline was a mistake, an orphaned paradox that should have been eliminated. The Joker tortured him to learn his secrets and then murdered him in his cell, posing it to look like a suicide.
